THE TRIUMPH OF SIMPLICITY
“Origin looks like a simple collection, and it is. That's what its design aims for, and it highlights that because, despite what it might seem, simplicity is the hardest thing to design,” says Mario Ruiz. The designer, faithful to the “less is more” philosophy coined by architect and one of the fathers of modern architecture, Mies van der Rohe, demonstrates with a few simple strokes that a discreet gesture can go a long way.
All the pieces in the collection are stackable and can be easily adapted to different compositions. The structure of each piece is made of powder-coated aluminum, a durable and 100% recyclable material. The seats and backrests are made of Texiline, and the cushions are made of sun-resistant fabrics, ensuring great durability. The collection is designed to remain timeless, transcending passing fads and promoting sustainability.
