Since its inception in 2006, the Milan-based studio Meneghello Paolelli has continued to garner the most prestigious international design awards—13 Red Dot Design Awards, including one “Best of the Best”; seven Design Plus awards; three Good Design Awards; eight ADI Design Index awards; four special mentions in the German Design Awards; and three iF Design Awards. Its founders, Sandro Meneghello and Marco Paolelli (both born in Milan in 1979), met while studying. They began their careers as product designers and today are strategic consultants who, as they say, use “design as a solution.”
