Quality and environmental policy


The mission of POINT is to manufacture and sell furniture and accessories for the home, for hotel establishments, and for gardens worldwide. All of this is the result of a complex design process, always based on criteria of prudence, profitability, flexibility, and innovation, seeking the satisfaction of our customers and employees and always inspiring in them the confidence of engaging with a professional organization.

We are INNOVATION: an international outdoor furniture brand present in more than 70 countries, with over 40 collections and 300 products featured in more than 1,000 interior design projects around the world.

We are ARTISANS: POINT’s success is the result of a combination of craftsmanship, tradition, and the constant pursuit of excellence in the quality of our products. Outdoor furniture designed thanks to the commitment and passion of designers and our professional artisans, whose families, across several generations, have been part of us since 1920.

We are DESIGN: POINT has successfully fostered collaborative relationships with an extensive list of designers who have contributed their talent and ideas to the company’s catalog.

POINT approaches its Quality and Environmental Management System as a way of organizing its business operations, basing it on fundamental pillars such as the quality of its service and processes, all as a result of Continuous Improvement.

For this reason, Management declares the Quality and Environmental Management System—aligned with the requirements of the International Standards UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2015—with the following scope:


Design and manufacture of outdoor furniture and components.

As a strategic and priority objective, its foundations and commitments are based on fulfilling the following points:

• We adopt the principle that the quality of our service is a key and necessary factor for the survival of our company. This factor and the continuous improvement of the quality system, eco-design, and the environmental performance of products throughout their life cycle will be the responsibility of each and every person who is part of the workforce. All members of POINT assume a permanent commitment to meeting both legal and regulatory requirements in the performance of their work. Therefore, Management will allocate the necessary resources so that, through training, the Quality and Environmental Objectives can be successfully achieved.

• Establishing sustainable consumption and optimal control of the waste generated by our activity, as a fundamental basis for reinforcing our company’s commitment to environmental protection and pollution prevention, and for maintaining a mutually beneficial relationship with the environment around us.

• Quality is supported by a Continuous Improvement Plan for both service delivery processes and the effectiveness of the Quality and Environmental Management System, in which error prevention is a key aspect.

• Projecting an external image of a company focused on improving customer and stakeholder satisfaction, for which we will train and raise awareness among staff in this area, encouraging active participation.

• Preventing and reducing the impacts and risks generated by our activities as a result of the services we provide to our customers.

• Increasing the company’s overall performance and efficiency, taking into account the needs of customers and their evolution. To this end, the company’s strategy and the achievement of its objectives—framed by the principles adopted in this declaration—will be periodically reviewed.

This commitment requires collaborative and participatory attitudes at all levels; therefore, information, communication, and increased staff competence are essential.
